Me and Samantha are eating lunch together in a lunch room when we end up in a fight. I storm out of the cafeteria to the garden outside. The garden has vine covered walls about seven feet tall. It feels a little bit like a maze. I pass a fountain, where Snow White and Charming sit on a bench nearby. They’re arguing. Snow says that a ghost like herself is not able to be loved by a Prince, I believe. I don’t hear the entire argument because I am bee-lining for the pyramid.
I easily navigate to a secret room that me and Sam had discovered in this pyramid. It requires my hand to be placed on the hand-print on the door to open- something out needing to scan my DNA. No one knows about it other than us. The door slides open and I enter.
The reason I’m here is for the darkness. I know this room is pitch black once the door is closed behind me, because it closed for a few seconds before when me and Sam first discovered it. I face the door from the inside of this empty room. I hold my hand close to the hand print that is on the inside, ready to press it and let myself out if something starts to happen. The first time I was only in here in the absolute dark for a few seconds.
The door seals again, and I stand in the relieving silence. I still hold my hand close to the print, ready to press it if I start to feel panicked. I just start to relax, when the ground shifts beneath my feet.
Suddenly instead of standing by the door in the darkness, I’m laying on my back in a bright white box. The box is illuminated like a giant florescent light. I have just enough room to lift my head and see my sneakers, and maybe move a few inches left and right. Not much more than that. I try not to panic, though my heart races. I figure there must be a hand print trigger somewhere to get me out, same way the door opened. I start to touch every surface my hands can reach. I touch the ceiling first, laying my hand flat between the ridges on the roof. I touch the sides, behind me, even down by my feet somehow. Nothing is opening the box. Nothing I’m doing is letting me out. I look to my left and see a little screen with a battery display. The battery is half green, half stripped with orange to red stripes. It looks completely charged.
I let out a scream once I realize what’s happened. The pyramid was made to entrap me, it was made to /preserve/ me. For some reason, the pyramid wants to preserve my DNA. I scream, and scream, and pound on the ceiling. No one knows where I am. No one knows I came here. Even if they did, they’d never be able to get in because only my hand print can open the door. I’m trapped.
I’m trapped. [End]

A feminine symbol (32) which, notwithstanding, contains all the implications of the symbolic hole, since it is the door which gives access to the hole; its
significance is therefore the antithesis of the wall. There is the same relationship
between the temple-door and the altar as between the circumference and the
centre: even though in each case the two component elements are the farthest
apart, they are nonetheless, in a way, the closest since the one determines and
reflects the other. This is well illustrated in the architectural ornamentation of
cathedrals, where the façade is nearly always treated as if it were an altar-piece.
To dream that you are entering through a door, signifies new opportunities that are presented before you. You are entering into a new stage in your life and moving from one level of consciousness to another. In particular, a door that opens to the outside, signifies your need to be more accessible to others, whereas a door that opens into the inside, denotes your desire for inner exploration and self-discovery.
To see an opened door in your dream, symbolizes your receptiveness and willingness to accept new ideas/concepts. In particular, to see a light behind the door, suggests that you are moving toward greater enlightenment/spirituality.
To dream that the door is closed or locked, signifies opportunities that are denied and not available to you or that you have missed out on. Something or someone is blocking your progress. It also symbolizes the ending of a phase or project. In particular, if you are outside the locked door, then it suggests that you have anti-social tendencies. If you are inside the locked door, then it represents harsh lessons that need to be learned.
To dream that you are locking the door, suggests that you are closing yourself off from others. You are hesitant in letting others in and revealing your feelings. It is indicative of some fear and low self-worth. If someone slams the door in your face, then it indicates that you are feeling shut out or some activity or that you are being ignored.
To see revolving doors in your dream, suggests that you are literally moving in circles and going nowhere. You may feel that your opportunities and choices lead to a dead end.
To dream of entering a door, denotes slander, and enemies from whom you are trying in vain to escape. This is the same of any door, except the door of your childhood home. If it is this door you dream of entering, your days will be filled with plenty and congeniality.
To dream of entering a door at night through the rain, denotes, to women, unpardonable escapades; to a man, it is significant of a drawing on his resources by unwarranted vice, and also foretells assignations.
To see others go through a doorway, denotes unsuccessful attempts to get your affairs into a paying condition. It also means changes to farmers and the political world. To an author, it foretells that the reading public will reprove his way of stating facts by refusing to read his later works.
To dream that you attempt to close a door, and it falls from its hinges, injuring some one, denotes that malignant evil threatens your friend through your unintentionally wrong advice. If you see another attempt to lock a door, and it falls from its hinges, you will have knowledge of some friend's misfortune and be powerless to aid him.
Dreaming that you are entering through a door means new opportunities that will be presented before you. Seeing revolving doors in your dream, suggests that you are literally moving in circles and going no where. You may feel that your opportunities and choices lead to a dead end.
Doors are passageways and in our dreams that is their symbolism. Going through a door may represent going from one state of consciousness to another, or from one inner plane to another. Locked or closed doors may represent an obstacle or opportunities that are not currently available to you. Many doors may represent your current choices.
A symbol of individuality—of private thoughts. The windows symbolize the possibility of understanding and of passing through to the external and
the beyond, and are also an illustration of any idea of communication. Hence, a
closed room lacking windows may be symbolic of virginity, according to Frazer,
and also of other kinds of non-communication. Many rites involving the
enclosureimage are performed to mark the reaching of puberty, all over the world.
The legend about Danae, shut up by her father in a bronze tower, pertains to this
particular symbolism. There is a Siberian legend concerning a ‘dark house of iron’
which is also relevant to it (21). We might also mention the ‘vase with a lid’, one
of the eight emblems of good luck in Chinese Buddhism, and a symbol of wholeness, of the idea with no ‘exit’, or, in other words, of supreme intelligence triumphant over birth and death (signified respectively by the doors and windows of
the room) (5). This explains why the hermetically sealed room may possibly be
a variant form of the ‘vase with a lid’.
To dream that you are in a room, represents a particular aspect of yourself or a specific relationship. Dreams about various rooms often relate to hidden areas of the conscious mind and different aspects of your personality. If the room is welcoming or comfortable, then it signifies opulence and satisfaction in life. If you see a dark or confined room, then it denotes that you feel trapped or repressed in a situation.
To dream that you find or discover a new room, suggests that you are developing new strengths and taking on new roles. You may be growing emotionally. Consider what you find in the discovered room as it may indicate repressed memories, fears, or rejected emotions. Alternatively, such rooms are symbolic of neglected skills or rejected potential.
To dream that you are in an empty white room, indicates a fresh start. It is like a blank canvas where you want to start life anew. Alternatively, the dream means that you are trying to isolate yourself. You do not want any outside influences.
To dream of a yellow room, suggests that you need to use your mind. You are feeling stimulated mentally.

In the Egyptian tongue, the term designating the hand was related to
that for the pillar (or a support, or strength) and for the palm (4). In esoteric
doctrine, the position of the hand in relation to the body, and the arrangement of
the fingers, convey certain precise symbolic notions (48). According to the Egyptian system of hieroglyphs, the hand signifies manifestation, action, donating and
husbandry. An eye in association with a hand—as for example in some oriental
mythic beings—symbolize ‘clairvoyant action’ (19). Schneider concedes a major
rôle to the hand ‘because it is the corporeal manifestation of the inner state of the
human being’ and because ‘it expresses an attitude of mind in terms other than the
acoustic’—or, in other words, a gesture. It follows, then, that the raised hand is
the symbol of the voice and of song; the hand placed on the breast indicates the
attitude of the sage; placed on the neck it denotes sacrifice; two hands joined
signifies mystic marriage—the Jungian individuation; the hand covering the eyes
represents clairvoyance at the moment of death (50). Of great importance is the
fact that the hand has five fingers, firstly, because of its broad analogy with the
human figure (composed of four extremities plus the head), and, secondly, by
reason of the symbolism of the number five (denoting love, health and humanity)
(40). In Egyptian hieroglyphics, the open hand signifies any specificially human
task as well as magnetic force (19)—an idea also characteristic of pre-Columbian
America. And a very similar belief lies behind the widespread use of the hand as
an amulet in Islamic cultures. According to Berber thought, the hand signifies
protection, authority, power and strength; the manus had the same meaning for
the Romans, symbolizing in particular the authority of the pater familias and of
the emperor, and is sometimes to be seen surmounting the signum of the legions
in place of the imperial eagle. In the Islamic amulets mentioned above, the figure
of the hand undergoes various modifications or appears in association with other
symbols, as, for instance, the star, the dove, the bird, the fan, the zigzag and the
circle, forming emblems comparable with those of the Christian West (12). The
familiar emblem of the ‘linked hands’ is expressive of a virile fraternity, or solidarity in the face of danger (49). In Jung’s opinion, the hand is endowed with a generative significance (31). The difference between the right hand and the left is
usually ignored, but when the distinction is made it appears merely to serve the
purpose of enriching the basic significance with the additional implications of
space-symbolism, the right side corresponding to the rational, the conscious, the
logical and the virile; the left side representing the converse (33). There are alchemic images which represent a King clasping in his own left hand the left hand
of the Queen. Jung suggests that this may refer to the unconscious character of
their union but that it may also be indicative either of affection or of suspicion
(33).
To dream of your hands, represent your relationships with those around you and how you connect with the world. Hands serve as a form of communication and can represent authority, hate, protection, justice, etc depending on the gesture. Perhaps you need to lend a helping hand to someone. In particular, the left hand symbolizes your graciousness and your feminine, receptive qualities, while the right hand symbolizes the masculine and active attributes. The right hand may also be a pun for some decision or something being "right". If you dream that your hands are detached or see disembodied hands, then it indicates that you are not getting your point of view across. You are not being understood. The dream may also symbolize feelings of loneliness.
To dream that you are holding hands with someone, represents love, affection and your connection with that person. Your dream may also reflect anxieties about losing touch with him/her or that you are drifting apart.
To dream that you hands are injured, denote an attack on your ego.
To dream that your hands are clasped or closed, signify unity, completeness, acceptance or agreement. On a more negative note, it may suggest that you are close-minded, ungiving or unwilling to help.
To dream that you have unusually large hands, denote success in achieving your goals.
To dream that your hands are hairy or rough, imply your lack of gentleness in dealing with others. You may be too brash and abrasive.
To see blood on your hands, signifies that you are experiencing some sort of guilt.
To dream that you are washing your hands, represent a worrisome issue that you need to work through. Alternatively, it suggests that you are in denial or no longer taking responsibility of some matter. You are letting go and getting things out of your system.
To dream that your hands are itchy, indicate issues with money. If the left hand is itchy, then it signifies money being received. If the right hand or both hands are itchy, then it signifies money being given or lost.
If you see beautiful hands in your dream, you will enjoy great distinction, and rise rapidly in your calling; but ugly and malformed hands point to disappointments and poverty. To see blood on them, denotes estrangement and unjust censure from members of your family.
If you have an injured hand, some person will succeed to what you are striving most to obtain.
To see a detached hand, indicates a solitary life, that is, people will fail to understand your views and feelings. To burn your hands, you will overreach the bounds of reason in your struggles for wealth and fame, and lose thereby.
To see your hands covered with hair, denotes that you will not become a solid and leading factor in your circle.
To see your hands enlarged, denotes a quick advancement in your affairs.
To see them smaller, the reverse is predicted.
To see your hands soiled, denotes that you will be envious and unjust to others.
To wash your hands, you will participate in some joyous festivity.
For a woman to admire her own hands, is proof that she will win and hold the sincere regard of the man she prizes above all others.
To admire the hands of others, she will be subjected to the whims of a jealous man. To have a man hold her hands, she will be enticed into illicit engagements. If she lets others kiss her hands, she will have gossips busy with her reputation. To handle fire without burning her hands, she will rise to high rank and commanding positions.
To dream that your hands are tied, denotes that you will be involved in difficulties. In loosening them, you will force others to submit to your dictations.

There is an apparent contradiction in the symbolism of the pyramid. In the first place, in megalithic culture and in European folklores which have
preserved its memory, it is symbolic of the earth in its maternal aspect. Pyramids
with Christmas decorations and lights, moreover, express the twofold idea of
death and immortality, both associated with the Great Mother. But this concerns
the pyramid only in so far as it is a hollow mountain, the dwelling of ancestors
and an earth-monument. The pyramid of stone, of regular geometrical shape,
corresponds to fire, at any rate in the Far East (4). Marc Saunier has suggested the
right approach to a more precise understanding of the problem. He regards the
pyramid as a synthesis of different forms, each with its own significance. The
base is square and represents the earth. The apex is the starting-point and the
finishing-point of all things—the mystic ‘Centre’ (Nicholas of Cusa, in his disquisitions, concurs with this interpretation). Joining the apex to the base are the
triangular-shaped faces of the pyramid, symbolizing fire, divine revelation and
the threefold principle of creation. In consequence, the pyramid is seen as a
symbol expressing the whole of the work of creation in its three essential aspects.
To see a pyramid in your dream, symbolizes longevity and stability. You have built a solid foundation for success. Alternatively, the dream suggests that major changes will occur over a short period of time.
To dream that you are climbing a pyramid, indicates that you will find gratification and fulfillment through perseverance.
To dream of pyramids, denotes that many changes will come to you.
If you scale them, you will journey along before you find the gratification of desires. For the young woman, it prognosticates a husband who is in no sense congenial.
To dream that you are studying the mystery of the ancient pyramids, denotes that you will develop a love for the mysteries of nature, and you will become learned and polished.
Seeing pyramids in your dream means that many new and major changes will be occurring in a short amount of time. It is a symbol of longevity, stability, and a firm foundation. Dreaming that you are climbing a pyramid indicates that you will wander aimlessly for awhile before finding the gratification of your desires.
Like all receptacles whose basic use is keeping or containing, the box is
a feminine symbol which can refer both to the unconscious (15) and to the
maternal body itself (31). We do not here refer to spherical objects, which are symbols of Oneness and of the spiritual principle. The myth of ‘Pandora’s box’
appears to allude to the significance of the unconscious, particularly in the special
sense of its unexpected, excessive, destructive potentialities. Diel relates this
symbol to ‘imaginative exaltation’ (15). In addition, we would like to point out
the analogy—the family resemblance—between Pandora’s box and the ‘third
casket’ which figures in so many legends. The first and second contain goods and
riches; the third discharges storms, devastation, death. This is clearly an example
of a symbol of human life (of the cycle of the year), which is divided into three
stages, consisting of two favourable thirds and one adverse. A superb elaboration
upon the Pandora theme is to be found in Dora and Erwin Panofsky’s Pandora’s
Box (London, 1956). Particularly interesting is the authors’ study of the literary
heritage of a myth, and the ways in which it may be adapted to serve the visual
arts.
To see a box in your dream, signifies your instinctual nature and destructive impulses. Alternatively, you may be trying to preserve and protect some aspect of yourself. The box may also symbolize your limitations and restrictions. Consider the pun of "being boxed in".
To dream that you are opening a box, indicates an aspect of yourself that was once hidden is now being revealed. It symbolizes self discovery. Consider your feelings as you open the box. If opening the box fills you will fear, you may be uncovering aspects of yourself that cause you to feel anxious.
Opening a goods box in your dream, signifies untold wealth and that delightful journeys to distant places may be made with happy results. If the box is empty disappointment in works of all kinds will follow.
To see full money boxes, augurs cessation from business cares and a pleasant retirement.
Dreaming of a box means your instinctual nature and destructive impulses. Alternatively, you may be trying to preserve and protect some aspect of yourself. The box may also symbolize your limitations and restrictions. Dreaming that you are opening a box indicates that things are being revealed about yourself that were once hidden. Consider your feelings as you open the box. If opening the box fills you will fear, you may be uncovering aspects of yourself that make you feel anxious. Also consider the pun, "being boxed in".
To dream that you are printing something, indicates that you are about to reveal something that you had previously kept to yourself.
To see or eat lunch in your dream, indicates that you are lacking spiritual enrichment and enlightenment in some area of your life.
To dream that you are screaming, symbolizes anger and fear. You are expressing some powerful emotion which you have kept pent up inside. If you try to scream, but no sound comes out, then it indicates your sense of helplessness and frustration in some situation. No matter how hard you try to get someone's attention, they cannot hear you. The dream highlights your difficulty in communicating with this person. You need to immediately identify your fears or feelings and confront this situation in real life. Alternatively, your inability to scream may be a form of REM paralysis.
To hear or dream that someone is screaming, indicates that some friend or family member is in need of your help.
Dreaming that you are screaming, symbolizes anger and fear. It is an expression of your powerful emotions which you have kept pent up inside. If you try to scream, but no sound comes out, then is suggests that you need to immediately confront some situation. Perhaps you are unable to pinpoint your fears or feelings.
The garden is the place where Nature is subdued, ordered, selected
and enclosed. Hence, it is a symbol of consciousness as opposed to the forest,
which is the unconscious, in the same way as the island is opposed to the ocean.
At the same time, it is a feminine attribute because of its character as a precinct
(32). A garden is often the scene of processes of ‘Conjunction’ or treasure-hunts—
connotations which are clearly in accord with the general symbolic function we
have outlined. A more subtle meaning, depending upon the shape and disposition,
or the levels and orientation, of the garden, is one which corresponds to the basic
symbolism of landscape (q.v.).
To see a vegetable or fruit garden in your dream, indicates that your hard work and diligence will pay off in the end. It is also symbolic of stability, potential, and inner growth. You need to cultivate a new skill or nurture your spiritual and personal growth.
To see a flower garden in your dream, represents tranquility, comfort, love and domestic bliss. You need to be more nurturing.
To see a sparse, weed-infested garden, suggests that you have neglected your spiritual needs. You are not on top of things.
To see a garden in your dreams, filled with evergreen and flowers, denotes great peace of mind and comfort.
To see vegetables, denotes misery or loss of fortune and calumny. To females, this dream foretells that they will be famous, or exceedingly happy in domestic circles.
To dream of walking with one's lover through a garden where flowering shrubs and plants abound, indicates unalloyed happiness and independent means.
Seeing a vegetable or fruit garden in your dream indicates that your hard work and diligence will pay off in the end. It is also symbolic of stability and inner growth. Seeing a flower garden in your dream, represents tranquility, comfort, love and domestic bliss. You need to be nurturing. Seeing sparse, weed-infested garden, suggests that you have neglected your spiritual needs. You are not on top of things.
It may be a symbol of lost innocence or youth. Folklore tells us that dreaming of beautiful gardens is symbolic of great happiness and love. If the garden is wild, it means that you may have difficulties but with some care and attention you are capable of overcoming them. In daily life the appearance of a back garden is usually a reflection on the people living in the house. A neat and well groomed garden, with grass and flowers, usually indicates that people living there are conscientious, caring, and have enough energy to maintain their property. The garden in your dream may be a reflection of how well you have been able to maintain your internal and external environment. The back garden points to things that are less obvious and, at times, may be unconscious. It may also represent childhood memories that hold positive and negative emotions and lead to self-awareness. If the garden in your dream was a measuring unit, think about what you are measuring and if any growth has taken place.
To dream of darkness overtaking you on a journey, augurs ill for any work you may attempt, unless the sun breaks through before the journey ends, then faults will be overcome.
To lose your friend, or child, in the darkness, portends many provocations to wrath. Try to remain under control after dreaming of darkness, for trials in business and love will beset you.
A dark place, such as a cave, in a dream can symbolize negative emotions. In your dream, are you able to find your way out of the dark place?
A dream about being in darkness can also mean that you believe you are being "kept in the dark" about something - that someone else is keeping a secret from you.
If you dream that you are afraid of the dark you could be unwilling to deal with obstacles that you expect to face in the future.
To see snow in your dreams, denotes that while you have no real misfortune, there will be the appearance of illness, and unsatisfactory enterprises.
To find yourself in a snow storm, denotes sorrow and disappointment in failure to enjoy some long-expected pleasure. There always follows more or less discouragement after this dream.
If you eat snow, you will fail to realize ideals.
To see dirty snow, foretells that your pride will be humbled, and you will seek reconciliation with some person whom you held in haughty contempt.
To see it melt, your fears will turn into joy.
To see large, white snowflakes falling while looking through a window, foretells that you will have an angry interview with your sweetheart, and the estrangement will be aggravated by financial depression.
To see snow-capped mountains in the distance, warns you that your longings and ambitions will bring no worthy advancement.
To see the sun shining through landscapes of snow, foretells that you will conquer adverse fortune and possess yourself of power.
For a young woman to dream of sleighing, she will find much opposition to her choice of a lover, and her conduct will cause her much ill-favor.
To dream of snowballing, denotes that you will have to struggle with dishonorable issues, and if your judgment is not well grounded, you will suffer defeat.
If snowbound or lost, there will be constant waves of ill luck breaking in upon you.
Seeing snow in your dream means your inhibitions, repressed/unexpressed emotions and feelings of frigidity. You need to release and express these emotions and inhibitions. You may also be feeling indifferent, alone and neglected. If the snow is melting then it suggests that you are acknowledging and releasing those emotions you have repressed. You are overcoming your fears and obstacles. Seeing dirty snow in your dream, refers to a loss in innocence, impurity and uncleanness. Some aspect of yourself or situation has been tainted. Dreaming that you are watching the snow fall, represents a clean start and a fresh, new perspective. It is indicative of spiritual peace and tranquility. Dreaming that you are playing in the snow indicates that you need to set some time for fun and relaxation. Dreaming that you find something in the snow, suggests that you are exploring and accessing your unused potential, abilities, and talents. You have uncovered some hidden talent and ability within yourself. It may also indicate forgiving yourself or others.
Snow symbolises chilled and unexpressed emotions or emotions that have been repressed for an extended period of time. The snow in your dream suggests that you or someone else is emotionally cold, unresponsive, and indifferent. Clean, white snow may represent innocence, truth, peace and relaxation. Virgin snow, as you may see it covering a beautiful landscape, may represent new beginnings or a new way of seeing things and dirty snow may represent guilt.
