I am with Dean Winchester. We both attend this old, humungous school that has a similar feel to Hogwarts only it's non-magical. There's something wrong here, someone has an evil plot to turn everything on it's head, and me and Dean want to stop it. Our first clue that something is off is one of the students, sitting on the ground leaning against one of the stone pillars that line the sunlit outdoor walkway me and Dean walk along. The boy acts odd, like he has something to hide. He leaves us in a hurry. I look out across the grounds, and see my dad with a camper.
I'm right there with him now, helping him haul the camper up an inclined dirt road. By help, I mean I'm forced to do it for him. He has some kind of blackmail held over my head, and every time I say that it's wrong, that I shouldn't be helping him do this, that he shouldn't be making me, he brings up that threat to silence me. He tells me to take the fifth-wheel across a natural bridge that is off the path of the road. We have to cut through the fence with huge clippers to even get to it. Even then, the opening isn't wide enough to get through. Also, the bridge he wants me to cross isn't even wide enough to hold the camper. I tell him this as we stand on the edge of it, gesturing to the skinny, grass topped dirt bridge that crosses over a mermaid lagoon. I know it would be suicidal to attempt to cross. He looks at me dead in the eye, and tells me that was the point. He knew that I wouldn't survive, but he didn't care so long as he got that camper to the other side. I'm not sure if he pushed me, or if I just fell, but the next thing I know I'm falling through the air, down the cliff side that lined the mermaid's lagoon. Other people are falling with me, across the lagoon and off the bridge. It's well known that no one, not a single soul, survives falling into the water. [End]

According to Guénon, the Roman pontifex was literally a ‘builder of
bridges’, that is, of that which bridges two separate worlds. St. Bernard has said
that the Roman Pontiff, as the etymology of his name suggests, is a kind of bridge
between God and Man (Tractatus de Moribus et Officio Episcoporum, III, 9). For
this reason, the rainbow is a natural symbol of the pontificate. For the Israelites,
it was the sign of the Covenant between the Creator and his people, and, in China,
the sign denoting the union of heaven and earth. For the Greeks, it was Iris, a
messenger of the gods. And there are a great many cultures where the bridge
symbolizes the link between what can be perceived and what is beyond perception (28). Even when it lacks this mystic sense, the bridge is always symbolic of
a transition from one state to another—of change or the desire for change.
To dream that you are crossing a bridge, signifies an important decision or a critical junction in your life. This decision will prove to be a positive change filled with prosperity and wealth in the horizon. Bridges represent a transitional period in your life where you will be moving on to a new stage. If the bridge is over water, then it suggests that your transition will be an emotional one. If you fall off the bridge and into the water, then the dream indicates that you are letting your emotions hold you back and prevent you from moving forward. Alternatively, the bridge may indicate that you are trying to "bridge" or connect two things together.
To dream of a run-down bridge, indicates that you should not contemplate any major changes in your life at this time.
To see a bridge collapse in your dream, implies that you have let an important opportunity pass you by.
To see a long bridge dilapidated, and mysteriously winding into darkness, profound melancholy over the loss of dearest possessions and dismal situations will fall upon you. To the young and those in love, disappointment in the heart's fondest hopes, as the loved one will fall below your ideal.
To cross a bridge safely, a final surmounting of difficulties, though the means seem hardly safe to use. Any obstacle or delay denotes disaster.
To see a bridge give way before you, beware of treachery and false admirers. Affluence comes with clear waters. Sorrowful returns of best efforts are experienced after looking upon or coming in contact with muddy or turbid water in dreams.

Dreaming of a run-down bridge indicates that you should not contemplate any major changes in your life at this time. Dreaming of a bridge collapse indicates that you have let a great opportunity pass you by.
The first consideration should be given to how much you travel. The bridge can be interpreted literally if it is a part of your daily life
On a more theoretical level, bridges can symbolise transitions (e.g. transition from one stage to another, from one level of consciousness to another). Since most bridges are over water (i.e. emotions, unconscious), this dream could also be symbolic of your rising above your emotional difficulties or unconscious drives.
The material out of which the bridge is made can give an idea of the strength of your convictions. A wooden bridge can mean that you need more willpower, while a a bridge of concrete, stone or steel can mean that you have a very strong will.
To see a lagoon in your dream, signifies some misunderstanding and doubt in what you are saying. Alternatively, it symbolizes stagnant emotions.
To dream of a lagoon, denotes that you will be drawn into a whirlpool of doubt and confusion through misapplication of your intelligence.
Seeing a lagoon in your dream indicates that there is a misunderstanding and doubt in your words.
To see a mermaid in your dream, signifies the female aspect of yourself that is mysterious, vulnerable and secretive. It may also show a fear of sex. In particular, for a man to dream of a mermaid, it indicates that he is having fears of being drowned by the feminine aspect of his psyche. For a woman, it suggests doubts over her femininity.

A mythological aquatic creature with a female human head and torso and the tail of a fish. Mermaids have a broad representation in folklore, literature, and popular culture. The word is a compound of mere, the Old English word for "sea", and maid, a woman. The male equivalent is a merman. Much like sirens, mermaids sometimes sing to people and gods and enchant them, distracting them from their work and causing them to walk off the deck or run their ships aground. Other stories depict them squeezing the life out of drowning men while attempting to rescue them. They are also said to carry humans down to their underwater kingdoms. In Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid, it is said that they forget that humans cannot breathe underwater, while others say they drown men out of spite. The sirens of Greek mythology are sometimes portrayed in later folklore as mermaid-like; in fact, some languages use the same word for both bird and fish creatures, such as the Maltese word 'sirena'. Other related types of mythical or legendary creatures are water fairies (e.g., various water nymphs) and selkies, animals that can transform themselves from seals to humans. The first known mermaid stories appeared in Assyria, ca. 1000 BCE. The goddess Atargatis, mother of Assyrian queen Semiramis, loved a mortal shepherd and unintentionally killed him. Ashamed, she jumped into a lake to take the form of a fish, but the waters would not conceal her divine beauty. Thereafter, she took the form of a mermaid—human above the waist, fish below—though the earliest representations of Atargatis showed her as a fish with a human head and legs, similar to the Babylonian Ea. The Greeks recognized Atargatis under the name Derketo. Prior to 546 BCE, the Milesian philosopher Anaximander proposed that mankind had sprung from an aquatic species of animal. He thought that humans, with their extended infancy, could not have survived otherwise. This idea reappeared as the aquatic ape hypothesis in the twentieth century. A popular Greek legend turns Alexander the Great's sister, Thessalonike, into a mermaid after she died. She lived, it was said, in the Aegean and when she encountered a ship, she asked its sailors only one question: "Is King Alexander alive?" (Greek: "Ζει ο Βασιλιάς Αλέξανδρος;"), to which the correct answer was: "He lives and reigns and conquers the world" (Greek: "Ζει και βασιλεύει και τον κόσμο κυριεύει"). This answer pleased her so she calmed the waters and wished the ship farewell. Any other answer would spur her into a rage. She would raise a terrible storm, with certain doom for the ship and every sailor on board. Mermaids were noted in British folklore as unlucky omens – both foretelling disaster and provoking it. Several variants of the ballad Sir Patrick Spens depict a mermaid speaking to the doomed ships; in some, she tells them they will never see land again, and in others, she claims they are near shore, which they are wise enough to know means the same thing. They can also be a sign of rough weather. Some mermaids were described as monstrous in size, up to 2,000 feet (610 m). Mermaids could also swim up rivers to freshwater lakes. One day, in a lake near his house, the Laird of Lorntie went to aid a woman he thought drowning; a servant of his pulled him back, warning that it was a mermaid, and the mermaid screamed after that she would have killed him if it were not for his servant. On occasion, mermaids could be more beneficent, teaching humans cures for disease. Some tales raised the question of whether mermaids had immortal souls answering in the negative. The figure of Lí Ban appears as a sanctified mermaid, but she was a human being transformed into a mermaid; after three centuries, when Christianity had come to Ireland, she came to be baptized. Mermen were noted as wilder and uglier than mermaids, but they were described as having little interest in humans.

Dreams about falling are very common anxiety dreams that can represent underlying fears and feelings of inadequacy and helplessness. Interpret your dream by considering your primary fears, current difficulties, and situations in your life that seem to be on a downward spiral, especially those situations that seem outside of your control (financial, romantic, etc.). Some people believe that if you keep falling in your dream and don't wake up that you will die at the point of impact. This is absolutely not true. In a falling dream you wake up out of fear and not because of danger of dying.
You could be falling from anywhere, a high rise building, from a mountain, from a plane, or even from your bed.
This is a very common dream, and is sometimes accompanied by muscle jerks, which may jolt you, awake.
The dream can occur due to:
* The posture of a limb dangling off the bed
* Lowering of your blood pressure
* Movement of fluid in the middle ear
After the fall, you may be hurt, you may be unharmed, or you wake up before you hit the ground.
At an emotional level the dream probably signifies a fear of fall from position/moral/ethical values, sexual inadequacy, fear of losing your job, the way your dream ends tells you how you would handle such a situation.
One interesting theory of a falling dream goes way back when man made his house on trees?
Recurring falling dreams could mean that your emotional strength is not at an optimum level. Trying to relax, by listening to music , visualizing tranquil scenes, can help you avoid falling dreams.

In the Zohar, the ‘magic head’ stands for astral light (9); in mediaeval art
it is a symbol for the mind (46) and for the spiritual life, which explains the
frequency with which it appeared in decorative art. On the other hand, Plato in
Timaeus asserts that ‘the human head is the image of the world’. In corroboration
of this, Leblant points out that the skull, the semi-spherical crown of the human
body, signifies the heavens. Clearly, the head-symbol here coalesces with that of
the sphere as a symbol of Oneness. It had the same significance in Egyptian
hieroglyphics (19). The eagle’s head has been used as a solar symbol and an
emblem of the centre-point of emanation—that is, of the cosmic flame and the
spiritual fire of the universe (4). Two, three or four heads shown in juxtaposition
symbolize a corresponding intensification of a given aspect of head-symbolism.
Thus, the Gemini, a symbol of the duality of Nature, or of the integrating (but not
unifying) link between the two principles of creation, are represented by beings
with two heads or two faces, like the Roman Janus for example. Hecate is depicted with three heads—she is called triform for this reason—a symbolism
which may be related to the ‘three levels’ of heaven, earth and hell, as well as to
Diel’s three ‘urges of life’ (15). The juxtaposition of four heads or faces, as in the
image of Brahma the Supreme Lord, stems from the same symbolism as that of
the tetramorph (60). A factor of major importance bearing upon the symbolism of
the head is mentioned by Herbert Kühn, in his L’Ascension de l’humanité (Paris,
1958). He makes the point that the decapitation of corpses in prehistoric times
marked Man’s discovery of the independence of the spiritual principle, residing
in the head, as opposed to the vital principle represented by the body as a whole.
Kühn adds that Neolithic thought was very close to the mediaeval in its conviction that an eternal and invisible essence underlies all appearances (Plate XV).

To dream that you have two heads, indicate that you need to learn to ask for help and accept assistance. Consider the metaphor "two heads are better than one". Do not try to do everything yourself.
To see a person's head in your dream, and it is well-shaped and prominent, you will meet persons of power and vast influence who will lend you aid in enterprises of importance.
If you dream of your own head, you are threatened with nervous or brain trouble.
To see a head severed from its trunk, and bloody, you will meet sickening disappointments, and the overthrow of your dearest hopes and anticipations.
To see yourself with two or more heads, foretells phenomenal and rapid rise in life, but the probabilities are that the rise will not be stable.
To dream that your head aches, denotes that you will be oppressed with worry.
To dream of a swollen head, you will have more good than bad in your life.
To dream of a child's head, there will be much pleasure ill store for you and signal financial success.
