Evil Mermaids

I am Harry from Harry Potter, and I am walking around Hogwarts when I hear this strange noise. I investigate, and find what seems to be an elevator shaft without the elevator, lined with fancy windows like the ones doors have, all of them lit up like daylight is coming through from the other side. I understand that ever window is actually a window from a class room, magically making up this tunnel. All the way at the bottom, making the odd noise I am hearing, is a frightened, trapped duck. I take up a rope that is attached to a wench at the top of this tunnel, where I am now, and start to climb down. Halfway down I realize I should have checked to see if I can come back up. I try to climb up, but the wench releases as I pull. The faster or harder I try to climb up, the more rope the wench releases, leaving me in the same spot. I finally give up and lower myself down by the duck. I gentle pick him up, and nestle him into my bag. I am stuck.
Later (don't you just love how your brain gets you out of impossible situations?) me, Hermione, and Ron (also from Harry Potter) find a hollow tree not to far from the school. It has a fireplace that leads to anywhere in the castle if you step inside. We make it our hangout spot. Ron leaves the tree first, after Hermione and him had a small, fun argument over where something was located in Hogwarts castle. She walks over to me and asks me if I still had the card that says all the places the fireplace can go. I told her probably not, that I thought I gave it back to her, and that I'd look for it. She laughs and hugs me.
I am now Hermione. I press my lips onto his neck as he does to mine, as we walk out of the tree still hugging. I see Ron sitting on railing nearby, and run over to him. He stands and I give him a hug. While Harry is about my height, Ron towers over me. I wrap my arms around his stomach, and put my head into his chest. He laughs and asks why I always give him crunches, making fun of my height. So, I stand on my tippy toes and wrap my arms around his neck. "Would you rather this?" I ask. He smiles and says, "Sometimes." He has a lot of cute freckles. We laugh at each other and I kiss him, then his neck. We go backwards, stopped by the rail the keeps us from going over the edge of a cliff. Across a foggy valley full of trees far below, on the horizon, we see our magnificent school. It is a beautiful sight with a gorgeous orange sunset behind it.
Later after that, we go on a field trip on the sea near the school. I am now me, no longer Hermione. We have to choose to either fly, or ride a ship. I choose a ship, cautious about the whole flying thing, and I've always wanted to learn how to sail. As I sail around, I decide I want to take my ship up into the air and join all the flying kids around me. My ship rises up out of the water, and I am sailing the air. What a beautiful sight it is! Words do not do it justice. The water sparkles in the purple, green, and yellow sunset, shimmering a blue so brilliant it could be comprised of pure sapphire. White sailed ships spot the water in this cove. Kids my age are soaring around like Peter Pan in Hogwarts uniforms, and some are in paper-winged airplanes that make a putting sound as they whoosh by my ship-. It is purely magical.
No longer in my ship, I outstretch my arms and soar higher and higher into the cloudless sky. I feel like I could go on forever up into the sky, like it's where I am whole, where I am at peace, where I am pure energy. I go as high as I dare, then back-flip before swirling down down down to where I am just a foot above the water's surface, close enough to reach down and touch the water if I wanted to. I see my reflection in the water, and loose my focus on flying. I fall into the sea. I start sinking, and as I do, I turn into a mermaid. The water looks green and murky from down here. I look around and see a vicious mermaid swimming straight for me, like a shark only faster. She has jagged, raw teeth, long blue hair with a purple sheen to it that flips wildly around her, blue shimmery eye makeup with dark, sharp outlines in the corners of her eyes, and pail blue skin giving the clearly evil creature a feminine beauty. I struggle to swim to the surface to get away from this terrifying thing. Despite being only a foot below the water's surface, since I am more used to flying now than swimming, swimming has become unnatural to me. I break the surface and get as high as I can up into the air. The mermaid leaps up out of the water at me, snapping at my ankles before splashing down into the sea. Out of fear and confusion, I once again loose concentration and plummet toward the water. Just before I hit, I see the mermaids closed eyes down below. I manage to not hit the water, I manage to stop just inches away from touching it. It is a struggle to get up, and come close several times to touching the water before I get high enough to avoid the water entirely. I see everyone is gathering back at shore since the sun has set, and the blue sky is slowly changing from light shades to dark. I happily join my classmates.
The teachers do a role call as we all wade in the water. For this role call, we have to hand over a white pill, a blue pill, and a beaded bracelet to prove we are there. My friends, Mary (old friend from school) and another girl, are not there. I say they might have been captured by the mermaids. No one believes me that there are mermaids in the water, though. Not even the teachers, and it becomes infuriating. I go underwater to see two white pills and two blue pills on the brown, rocky bottom. I break the surface to hear that three other students are missing as well. I go back under, collect all the pills that I find which total twelve, and six beaded bracelets. I put them in a black jewelry box to show to the teachers to prove the worst: my friends and others have been taken by the mermaids. This will prove it.
Later, I'm looking for my friends in the shop class at Hogwarts and I am ordered to clean off a greasy table despite not being part of that class. I put everything that's not a spray bottle into a USPS priority mail box for storage only, no intentions on shipping it. I bump a button and this self-cleaner box-machine starts to run, and then shuts off. I look across the room and see my mom excited about the chemicals in the spray bottles. Suddenly the classrooms self cleaner starts. It's like an indoor carwash coming from little red boxes on the tables, like the one I bumped. They spew a white foam cleaner like a fountain sprinkler. She says it's no big deal to be in the room while it cleans, that the chemical won't harm us, but I'm not so sure. It smells like carpet cleaner, and I doubt she knows what's she's talking about. How would she know if it is harmful to us or not? [End]

Relative to Real Life~
Night of October 28th, 2012
Real-life characters: Ron, Hermione, Harry (though they are not "real", my dream did not create them thus I classify them as real-life), Mary, mom.
Dream-created characters: Mermaid, teachers, students, other girl.
Real-life places: "Hogwarts" (though it is slightly shaped different)
Dream-created places: Tunnel of windows, tree, sea, shop class.
Different than real life: I've never had a tree house on the inside of a tree, I obviously do not go to Hogwarts, nor am I (obviously) Harry or Hermione, I can't fly a ship nor sail one, nor can I fly myself (though I wish I could!), I've never seen a mermaid, me and Mary are no longer friends, I morally would not have "kissed" both Ron and Harry.
Reasons:
Harry Potter theme = I think I might have been watching the Harry Potter movies around the time of this dream, but I am not certain.
Precognitive: No experiences.
Reoccurring: No.
