My husband and I were on a sailing boat somewhat like a galleon, which had other people on it. He saw me and walked up to me and was kissing me with a strong passion, pushing me against the mast. It was wonderful looking into each others' eyes. We later sat down and held hands.
The other people on the boat were pirates. The captain had short brown hair. During the night, he came over and took me to his cabin, threatening me with a fork to my chest if I didn't do exactly what he wanted. I was lying on a narrow bed on the floor when another pirate comes into the cabin and bends over me. The captain gets angry at the other man who then leaves.
I tell the captain that I will do what he wants and he reaches to the other side of the bed to get a large board and I ask him what he wants with it, feeling a bit scared. I start to think about a possible way out of the circumstances.
Suddenly, there is something happening outside the cabin. The captain leaves and I wish my husband would come for me but I am not sure of where he is at that point. I walk to the end of the boat but nobody sees me. We are moving through a long narrow waterway with rocky mountains on each side. I look over the edge and dive into the water. As I swim, I become a mermaid with flowing fins. I am of a blue/aqua color and can breathe underwater. I move with the current and swim very low to the bottom of the ocean.
Eventually, I see a white door and open it. In front of me is a merman who is very pale from being in the darkness of the ocean depths. He has white hair. He said he had been waiting for me and needs to give me a message. He delivers the message by kissing me. I feel a sense of bliss. The features of his lower body were more like a Leafy seadragon. I leave the cave and keep swimming and eventually see a round raft. I swim towards it and when I pull myself onto the raft, my fins vanish. I look over the edge and two dolphins look up at me, moving their heads up and down in the water, rhythmically.
When I get to the shore, I see hundreds of people. They want my help but I do not know how to help them. I am not sure of their nationality or race (I know they are not Caucasian, they may be Romani from my father's side). I want to get back to my husband and this is where I wake up.
