I walk into a huge classroom, packed full of adults, acting like wild children.
Loud, throwing things,
hitting, yelling,
making messes, arguing....
I am standing there confused by the sensory overload, wondering what these people are doing. I try to calm some of them down, but no one is listening. I shake my head in disbelief and walk back outside.
It is nighttime, the moon is full...and the air is peaceful. I am barefoot and I can feel the grass under my feet. The door bursts open and a flood of people run outside. They surround me and continue their obnoxious behaviour. I close my eyes. Their noise is just babble in the back of my brain.
Then, I feel a bright light behind my eyelids. I open them to reveal what appears to be a beautiful glowing light in the distance. It catches a few peoples attention, but most don't notice. It is getting closer, brighter and more expansive. Then I realise what is happening. The light is sweeping through the land, cleansing it. The trees and grass are left untouched but it dissolves the houses and people as it touches them. I start feeling scared, this wave is approaching us and I want to warn everyone!
But, they don't care, they pay no heed....
I start to panic....
so many will disappear....
I want to help them....
I hear a voice, bright and clear. There is nothing to fear. All is as it should. The light is simply doing what it must to reset. All will return back from which it came. I am flooded with instant peace. Understanding. Acceptance. I watch as everything is dissolving all around me, into golden dust. It sweeps through me, there is no pain or fear, and I feel a sigh of relief...
and I wake up.
