Although this dream occurred a few months ago I figured I'd write it out due to its importance to me. This was my last Lucid dream experience.
I had fallen asleep after watching Ancient Aliens on and off for a few days, and awaken several hours after just long enough to watch an 11 minute video about an ex Canadian prime minister who was revealling his alien knowledge before falling back to sleep again.
I found myself having entered somebody's house late at night. They came home and I realized I wasn't supposed to be there. I ran to the back of the house and attempted to escape through the back door. I opened the sliding glass door and then the sliding screen door. But behind the screen door was another screen door. Behind that was another screen door. Behind that was yet another screen door. After about 7 screen doors I decided to turn around as I opened the door in a "if I can't see it it doesn't exist" kind of way. This method worked and so I was free. It was just strange enough to help me realize that I was in fact dreaming.
I had gotten excited! I hadn't had a clearly lucid dream in ages. I was talking to a friend just that week about lucid dreams and he described himself as being able to create anything he wished out of thin air. I was eager to try this. Still in the person's backyard I looked over to a grassy area and put up my hands and said "shack!" imagining a shack appearing out of nowhere. Nothing happened. I shook my hands in that direction again. "Shack!" Still nothing... Why wouldn't it work? In my previous lucid dreams I could jump miles up into the sky at super fast speeds and back down almost instantly landing unharmed, just like young grasshoppah. I decided to give it a go. I jumped up about 2 feet and came back down to the ground heavy. Jumped up again, only to find that I was still bound by the same laws of physics in this dream as my waking reality.
This was very disappointing. I didn't understand why I had no extra powers there. But I wasn't about to give up. I looked up at the night sky, completely clear of clouds. I put my hands up in the air, shook them and said "Aliens!" and eagerly watched the sky. Seconds passed and just when I thought that again nothing would happen, stars appeared way up in the sky from behind a tree. Roughly seven of them flying across the sky changing formation every few seconds as they traveled. When they reached a center point above me they blinked into a text message of light that spread across most of the night sky. I read it and found that I only understood 2 or 3 words of it but I really wanted to know what it meant. So I tried to memorize a few of the words so that I could look them up after I awoke.
The message disappeared and a police car arrived on the road behind me. That's right, I'm still tresspassing on this person's property. I got off the lawn and into the road. Stepping out of the police car was none other than actor/comedian Jim Carrey. He often appears in dreams of mine, probably as a reminder to loosen up and not take things so serious. So I grab him by the uniform and throw him up against the car. I've had a lot of animosity and distrust for cops and authority figures in general over the last few years. I don't like when people assume power over me. I then let him go, feeling bad because.. hey, its Jim Carrey. Haha
I then awoke in my bed and immediately started looking up the words in the star message on my intelligent cellular device. Unfortunately I had awaken into another dream in some sort of Inception esque dream within a dream type scenario. By the time I had actually fully awaken to this present reality I could only remember one word, "Mela," which was either the second or third word in the message. Come to find out the word means "a gathering" or "a meeting" in sanskrit and suddenly I got the intense feeling that I had recieved some type of dream invitation. Only problem is I don't remember the contents of this invitation. Will I make it to the meeting on time?
