I found this lot that had these huge cement structrues in it, like a water treatment plant with these huge cememt covered pools dug down into the earth. It had been used to extract some kind of substance from the ground in the past that humans liked. I think we were calling it "melatonin". The factory/extraction site had been abandoned years ago. This really wealthy guy wanted me to repurpose it into a park or resource center of some kind. He had just bought 100 acres adjoining the lot and was going to develop these massive sustainable living quarters. He assigned me to be in charge of both projects.

Michaela and I were sitting down to dinner with him and a few others at the extraction site, where we had a table set up and food brought.

At one point he leaned over to me and asked me if I wanted any more money to besides my salary. He said he thought I deserved it. I looked at Michaela nervously and she could sense that I was about to deny the offer and say that I was ok with my pay, but she encouraged me to take him up on the offer. I did and he verbally gave me $1 million. I was so happy, grinning and laughing.
