The more I think about my sleep time, the more I am aware that I dream a lot! A few months ago a read a piece about praying. I'll have to find it. Basically it said before we go to sleep we should pray for our time we are about to spend, pray that God would protect us and give us good rest - waking refreshed, being in relationship with Him throughout the night. I'll have to find it! It talked about sleep being a major part of our day and we should be purposeful with the time.
