The theater of the immortals hovered like a ghost in the foggy jungle night. The ruins were in the process of being reclaimed by the tapestry of life encroaching from all sides. Great pillars shone through the darkness with ancient light. Complex organic patterns crisscrossed the entire structure in a subtle yet all penetrating web. A pyramid like structure loomed through the main gates in which was contained the Telesterion amphitheater, assuming the wild trail of half-finished stories and leads that vanish like vapor in the winds of synchronized parallel chaos were actually leading him towards his destiny. He often doubted himself and his quest, but the apparition before him revitalized his hopes in a triumphant symphony of glory. This victory of the soul’s journey would apparently be celebrated in secret, with no one but the animals that flew, crawled, and slithered through the jungle night to witness. The clearing in which the magic theater was contained cut a swath of the sky out of the otherwise impenetrable jungle canopy, casting an eerie glow on the entire scene. The endless blanket of stars gazed down in what seemed to be a gigantic celestial eye, focused directly on this moment. It was watching itself. Anticipation and wonder clenched deep in his guts. His final confrontation was a picture of eternity, an expression of endless forces and processes in return to their source. To begin again from the beginning….
