I had another dream last night taking place in the same sprawling monstrous complex that re-occurs consistently. My earliest dream I remember took place in the same amorphous citadel (the one in which my sister and I fled from vampires and werewolves through staircases and abandoned shopping malls) and as I grow older the locations contained within seem to grow. For example, my own high school has come up inside of their as well as multiple places I have lived, friend’s houses, familiar buildings, and other structures I often encounter in my waking life. Anyways, last night it was my high school graduation (again…) and the band was performing a Stevie Wonder song called “I Wish” for us, which I thought was pretty cool, only I had to pee and got trapped in an elevator with a mind of its own and missed most of the performance. Anyways I wonder what the strange complex has to do with the way my internal subconscious world is arranged and how much its exploration via dreams can reveal to me.
