Wow, this was a crazy one. It began with Chris Valle coming to my house. I met him at the front door and instantly recognized that something was off. I eventually came to realize that he was a cyborg. For some reason, this felt really wrong to me. It felt so wrong, that I felt the need to dispatch him to the after-world. After his light was extinguished, I decided to disassemble him as much as I could, so that I was sure that this so-called "evil" was gone. I threw all the different parts into a dumpster in the back.
The next day, I was walking along a sidewalk and saw him. I was terrified that he had somehow been reassembled and was again a walking the streets. He saw me and motioned for me to come over to him. Scared and reluctant, I did. When I reached him, he embraced me like an old friend, so forgiving of what I had done the previous day. He told me that it was ok, that this was a reaction that he had somewhat expected, although he didn't think that i would have had the courage to end his life.
He was still a cyborg, and he wanted to explain to me how it had happened and the benefits. He told me of the great power that it had given him, how he was still himself, his mind and psyche were intact, he just had moved past our human limitations. He told me of some of this power that had been granted to him. He had the ability to control his perception of time, slow it down, speed it up, and move through it with no difficulty, able to visit the past or the future with a thought. There were other very incredible gifts that this technology had brought him, and he wanted to share it with me. He felt that I was one of the only people that could and would resonate with this tech, and that even though I had been afraid of it at first, that I would be able to use it for great good in the world.
With a blink of the proverbial eye, I was bestown these gifts. The rest of the dream consisted of us testing our abilities together. It was an incredible experience that lingers with me in the waking world.
