so this morning when i woke up a lil before 8 i called mark on skype as we had planned to have tea and go back to bed and have lucid dreams. I had a goal in mind of communicating with ancient mystic woman and so when i was trying to fall back asleep i was focusing on that idea then it turned into i will have lucid dreams, i was holding a lumerian crystal in hope it would help me remember. I began lucid dreaming and was in my bedroom, i thought well, since i am dreaming i would really like to fly around a bit, so i started to fly in my house when there was some noise outside my door and i went to check what it was and it came off its hinges, i was trying to get it back together when i thought i could use that door as a portal to the ancient mystic, i had remembered my goal!!! However i got distracted by someone in the room, i turned to him, he was kneeling down, young (20's) dirty blond hair and sort of pudgy, he brought me a bent up gold ring and told me it came from my father (mountain) and he was told to bring it to as he had died. (I remember when i was younger and on tour my dad gave me a steele ripple ring and told me if I were ever in trouble to send my ring to him. ) I started asking the guy who he was, he explained he was some sort of etheral messenger and thats all, i became curious about how he traveled he said smething about speed, and asked him if he traveled fast as light, he laughed and said something about him not having that capablty that he would desintergrade into particles and would not be able t be put back together. He left. I was aware of the ring, i had it on my thumb I remembered i really wanted to hold onto and see if i could bring it back to this real, i kept checking to see it was still there. Then I got distracted by colorful balls on some sort of suspended plank between my bathroom and my kitchen, the balls would roll along the plank and i thought i would seeif i could change the color, and so i did, i was amused and thought it would be fun to get the balls to do different tricks, roll on the under side of the plank etc.....

it seemed at this point i had lost sight of my goal and this is all i remember.
