I was doing Yoga with some chill music on in the background. Breathing in... and out. In... and out. My next movement was the 'dog'. As i pressed the palms of my hands to the floor, a sudden rush of pulsing energy began to flow down my arms, through my hands and into the floor. The floor seemed to be moving slightly, as if i was leaning on jelly. At first i nearly pulled my hands away in shock, but i decided to leave them there for a moment to see if the feeling would pass. It didn't. It wasn't until i broke the connection of my hands and the floor that the vibrations stopped.
Was this the negative energy being released from me?
