09/22/11 - I'm driving with my dad and we're in a crowded downtown area with tons of people walking around. We're at a crosswalk waiting for a chance to drive through, and when one comes we end up driving on the wrong side of the street and getting into a very gentle head on collision with another car. There's no damage, really, but we pull over and exchange information with the other driver. My dad and I also each pay him $5 as a nice gesture and to smooth things over. He seems satisfied with that and we're able to leave.
A little bit later I'm walking through the city and I come across a wedding procession in which people are using phosphorescence as a sort of party favor. It's like someone figured out how to extract phosphorescence from its environment and give it a magnetic charge, so people can hold a ball of tiny glowing lights just by having their own electromagnetic charge close by. For instance, you would just reach your fingertips toward the ball of suspended glowing lights, and they would attach to the energy field of your hands, forming a globe suspended right above them. If you spread your hands apart, they spread, too. So people are able to toss them up into the air like confetti, and it makes a beautiful spectacle if many people are all doing this at once.
While I'm very impressed and think it's stunning, I also feel so bad for the little creatures. I'm thinking of them as tiny glowing sea horses, and how many of their lives are just being wasted in the name of celebration and wonder. It's not really fair.
I walk up to a bar/restaurant and I see one of these suspended balls of lights sitting outside on the patio, only it's not lit up. It's just attached to this post magnetically, but I bring my fingertips in towards it and then it attaches to my energy. I'm looking at the unlit phosphorescence up close, and it has these amazing patterns all throughout it, and I realize that it contains the pattern of creation. I marvel at how this pattern morphs when I pull my hands apart and watch the particles disperse, then I bring them back together.
As I'm doing this I look inside the bar and see John (from the co-op). I see that he sees me and I think he will want me to come in and say hello. Then a man approaches me as I'm seated on the patio, and he asks me, "In what grade do you get to study Churchill?"
I reply, "I really have no idea," and continue studying these beautiful patterns.
