In my dream i was part of a family in a post apocalyptic world. It was obvious from my surroundings that there was a complete breakdown in government and in society. Our family was led by a Patriarchal figure whom was very strong in this world we were in. He led us to food and shelter and told us who to trust and who not to.
On a search for food we came across a river, on this river was a boat and on this boat there were people that I was not familiar with. These people were cooking a BBQ, the patriarchal figure in my group advised not to trust them when they offered the cooked meat.
Despite the Patriarchs wishes I talked to the boat people and they informed me that this world I was in, was a figment of my imagination and that I believed it was here purely because the group that i was with believed it was here. When I found this out, my reality started to change, the horrors were stripped away and a beautiful world was revealed beneath its fabric.
The boat people then told me it all starts with an idea and then that idea will catch on for others to see, that our ideas create the world around us.
After this I found myself on a hockey rink trying to play a game of exhibition hockey. (Something I might add I have never really held an interest in except when I was a child - crazy :)
