I was sitting by the lake in downtown Nelson, on a bench under a tree with the mall behind me. The water was rushing super hard and was incredibly sparkly. There were people in boats rowing along the river. I sat and observed for a few minutes, and then was stood up and began walking.
The ground felt like it was rolling like the river. I looked down and the concrete was melting sort of... I was finding it hard to find my sea legs to walk on it... wobbling a bit at first until something in me seemed to get the hang of it. I was trying to hard. Once I let go and stopped thinking about how hard it was to walk, it was all good. I cruised along, feeling as if I was surfing a wave. I had the feeling that altho everything around me was shifting and changing, I was calm in the centre of it all.
The next scene was a street with wide sidewalks. Everything was still rolling a bit, but had chilled out significantly. I was checking out buildings all around me, and I was consciously looking for ones that I felt comfortable entering. The first one I chose had a young couple inside. They had an indoor garden and wanted to show me what they were growing. I quickly walked through and exited through a small door that led into a courtyard. There was something eerie about them. I couldn't place the feeling really. Just felt weird.
Once in the courtyard, I noticed another building and crawled up the outside of it and then over a balcony and in through a window. It was a lounge room full of pillows, lush and soft. Full sensory pleasure. I ran my hands along everything, enjoying the feel of the fabrics. A dark skinned young man with a dark red turban came into the room. We talked deep for what felt like hours. (Recall on the conversation, however, was zero when I woke up.) As I got up to leave, he pulled me back down. Wanted to kiss me. I kissed him briefly on the lips and left through the same window I'd crawled in through. Slid down the side of the building.
Came out in a basement that was walled in grey cartoonish looking bricks. Delvin was in there, looking stressed out. We were supposed to go out for dinner, but I was late and he was worried that we'd miss the bus. I opened a closet, feeling like I'd better find something to wear, but it was empty.
Woke up feeling anxious.
