Spent an energy-filled weekend bouncing around from place to place. Grounded, but just constantly in motion. Decided today to chill out at home and dedicate an entire afternoon to daytime dreaming. It's been a long time since I've allowed myself to sleep during the day...
My dreams were intense bursts of very clear signs and messages. I slept pretty much all day long, waking every now and then to review the dream and integrate the message. By the end of the whole experience, I was like, "OKAY, GOD. Enough now! I've got the message."
It's way too much to type, but suffice to say, today was a day well spent on the dreamplane. I'll sum it up by saying: LOTS of action, and LOTS of exploration. Many interesting connections made, many deep and multi-level conversations conducted.
One of my favourite snippets had to do with me baptizing a baby in the cutest ever cordory suit. Also some pretty fascinating restaurant fragments.
I had forgotten completely how amazing it can be to drift off in a sunray with a purring cat on one's chest. Truly lovely.
When my alarm woke me to go to work, I was in the Best Mood Ever, and had a wicked night.
More napping is in my future, that's for sure.

In Western tradition, black cats have been associated with witchcraft. This is due to black being associated with supposed perils of the night, and the cat is associated with transformation just as the veil of night shifts our perception of reality.

In ancient Egypt cats were sacred and were even depicted on the head of their lunar goddess, Bastet which was worshipped by the ancient Egyptians. In her honor, cats were even mummified along with mice for them to eat.

Cats themselves are quite resourceful and tend to give us messages of change, flexibility of adaptability.
