Judith and I shared an apartment. We had several cats of different colors running here and about, many of them gathering and swatting at flies swarmed around a very small pool that we were intentionally fermenting by leaving it stagnant. We both had similar rings inside this dream. I awake within my apartment and find that Judith had come over to visit. She was gazing at the pool which was similar to the one in the dream just moments before. She watched the cats happily play and swat at the flies around it. I told her that I had just dreamed that we shared an apartment, and about the other similarities. She said she had shared that dream too. We marveled over other synchronicities, and noticed that we were also wearing the same ring here. Mine was on the left hand, hers was on the right. I felt like we were sisters somehow, and when she spoke, I felt the essence of The Divine Mother… I was bursting with graciousness to have her angelic presence in my life. A group of people had gathered there and Judith began to speak with them, so gracefully, so tenderly, so wisely. There was a halo of light around her captivating face. I felt such reverence and joy that I too can transform into a living goddess to heal others and guide them to our starry home.
Mystics have always traditionally considered the feminine aspect of
the universe as a chest, a house or a wall, as well as an enclosed garden. Another
symbolic association is that which equates the house (and the above, related
forms) with the repository of all wisdom, that is, tradition itself (4). In architectural symbolism, on the other hand, the house carries not only an overall symbolism but also particular associations attached to each of its component parts.
Nevertheless, the house as a home arouses strong, spontaneous associations with
the human body and human thought (or life, in other words), as has been confirmed empirically by psychoanalysts. Ania Teillard explains this by pointing
out that, in dreams, we employ the image of the house as a representation of the
different layers of the psyche. The outside of the house signifies the outward
appearance of Man: his personality or his mask. The various floors are related to
the vertical and spatial symbols. The roof and upper floor correspond to the head
and the mind, as well as to the conscious exercise of self-control. Similarly, the
basement corresponds to the unconscious and the instincts (just as sewers do, in
symbols pertaining to the city). The kitchen, since this is where foodstuff is
transformed, sometimes signifies the place or the moment of psychic transmutation in the alchemical sense. The intercommunicating rooms speak for themselves. The stairs are the link between the various planes of the psyche, but their
particular significance depends upon whether they are seen as ascending or descending. Finally, there is, as we have said, the association of the house with the
human body, especially regarding its openings, as was well understood by
Artemidorus Daldianus (56).

Light, traditionally, is equated with the spirit (9). Ely Star asserts that
the superiority of the spirit is immediately recognizable by its luminous intensity. Light is the manifestation of morality, of the intellect and the seven virtues
(54). Its whiteness alludes to just such a synthesis of the All. Light of any given
colour possesses a symbolism corresponding to that colour, plus the significance
of emanation from the ‘Centre’, for light is also the creative force, cosmic energy irradiation (57). Symbolically, illumination comes from the East. Psychologically
speaking, to become illuminated is to become aware of a source of light, and, in
consequence, of spiritual strength (32).
To see light in your dream, represents illumination, clarity, guidance, plain understanding, and insight. Light is being shed on a once cloudy situation or problem. You have found the truth to a situation or an answer to a problem. Also consider the color of the light for additional significance.
If the light is particularly bright, then it indicates that you need to move toward a higher level of awareness and feeling. Bright light dreams are sometimes common for those who are near death.
To see soft or shadowy lighting in your dreams, indicates feelings and thoughts from the primal aspects and less developed parts of your unconscious.

The aureole, nimbus or halo is a luminous circle like a crown with which
the ancients invested their deities and which Christians accord to the holy (8). It
is a visual expression of irradiating, supernatural force, or, sometimes, more
simply, of intellectual energy in its mystic aspect; the fact that the Ancients
almost invariably equated intelligence with light is proof enough of this. Other kinds of halos are spherical in form: the Moslems, for example, often made use of
the pearl to represent paradise and their belief was that the blessed, each one
united with his houri, live in pearls. The halo is equated with the cage and, in
particular, with the sphere itself (46). Jurgis Baltrusaitis, in Le Moyen Age
fantastique, has collected a host of mediaeval drawings and paintings of beings
enclosed in transparent spheres apparently made of glass. Many of the works of
Hieronymus van Aecken (Bosch) contain examples of this. The halo, in this case,
is a simple visual expression of a kind of determinism enveloping each man within
his mode of being and his destiny, whether it is favourable and paradisiac, or
adverse and infernal.
To dream that you have a halo, signifies that you are a perfectionist. Alternatively, it represents some significant spiritual development and supernatural energy.
