The Pool Party: Space-Pods Fundraiser

Feeding my kitty Peanut, and preparing for a large pool party that I was throwing to raise funds for Space-Pods, a new kind of floating efficiency space home. I had the strange habit of inviting lots of people over, then staying in my room for several hours before attending my own party. I was being shown the layout of one of these Space-Pods, they were like large, glass cylindrical homes complete with fish tank and couches. Back at the party preparation, i was hanging bags of colorful spices on trees. There was an older man there that I sensed I had been sexually involved with in the past somehow. He was reciting erotic poetry in a smarmy voice and subtly begging to have sex with me again. I was utterly disgusted but treated him civilly, feeling a fair amount of remorse for creating that Karma.
Geoff and my home was lavish and people marveled. We had a large clear pool and a beautiful outdoor fire. There were lots of tables set up. My parents arrived and I knew I was supposed to travel to Kansas the next day. My mother begged me not to drink wine because she was afraid I wouldn't be able to drive the next day, and that I should take Greyhound instead. Nearby was a community center where Geoff and I would take all sorts of free classes. I took a good yoga class and was able to head on my feet in a backbend. I was shown how to take care of very old, nearly disabled men. They were in a van, and one of them had his chin propped up on the backseat.
