I dreamed I was walking down a long white hallway and saw Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was the president of the US. He was dressed in a suit and smiling cordially, standing outside of a courtroom.
Me: (politely, cheerfully) "Hello, Mr. President"
Arnold: "Would you still say it to me like that if I was wearing all of these?
(motions to a platter full of sheriff's badges, presidential seals, american flags, etc)
Me: (preparing to say no and discuss cultural issues)
Arnold: (dissappears while I'm looking at the platter, ducks into the courtroom and mingles too far into the crowd for me to penetrate).
Me: (Realizes that it wasn't actually the president I saw, but rather a holographic conversation prompt set up by the White House)
Me: enters the courtroom
Courtroom setting: looks more like a legislative house session; busy, full of men in suits, tons of lawyers and spectators
An announcement rings that the case in question will go to trial, instead of being settled out of court.
A murmur rushes over the crowd, a generally favorable response.

I take this dream as a sign of good tidings for US politics.
To see the president of your country in your dream, symbolizes authority, power and control. Your own personal views and opinions of the president and their actions will also play strongly in the significance of this dream.
To dream that you are running for president, signifies your quest for power. You have set high goals for yourself. Alternatively, the dream indicates your belief that you can do a better job if you were in charge of things. You have a lot of confident in your abilities.

To dream that you are a member of a legislature, suggests that you will experience many difficulties in moving ahead. The dream may be encouraging you to be more tenacious and determined in achieving your goals.
To dream that you are a member of a legislature, foretells you will be vain of your possessions and will treat members of your family unkindly. You will have no real advancement.
Dreaming that you are a member of a legislature indicates that you are boastful of your possessions and find that you have no real economic and social advancement.
To dream that you are on trial, indicates that you need to be more accepting of yourself and less judgmental of others. You may be too harsh on yourself or of others. Alternatively, a trial suggests that you are feeling guilty about something in your waking life.

To see a platter in your dream, indicates that you are feeling lazy or envious. Alternatively, the dream refers to some sort of entitlement. Perhaps you are wanting everything served to you "on a silver platter".

The idea of the ‘crowd’ is symbolically superior to that of ‘multiplicity’, since it implies a new concept of the numerous as a totality, or of Oneness
as a fragmented whole. Thus, Jung’s interpretation of the multitude or crowd is
well judged; he asserts that, especially when moving or restless, it corresponds to
an analogous movement in the unconscious (31). Homer has a well-known simile
in which he likens a crowd of warriors in the agora (or in battle) to the ocean swell
(constituting another symbol of the unconscious).
To dream that you are in or part of a crowd, suggests that you need some space for yourself. You need solitude to reflect on a situation and recharge your energy. Consider also the familiar phrase of "going along with the crowd" which implies conformity and lack of individuality. Perhaps you feel that your own opinion doesn't count or matter. Alternatively, dreaming of a crowd means that you need to incorporate the various aspects of the crowd into your own persona.
To see an unruly crowd in your dream, signifies that the worries and problems around you are pressing in on you. You are expressing great distress.
To see a happy, orderly crowd in your dream, indicates that you have a strong social support system.
To dream of a large, handsomely dressed crowd of people at some entertainment, denotes pleasant association with friends; but anything occurring to mar the pleasure of the guests, denotes distress and loss of friendship, and unhappiness will be found where profit and congenial intercourse was expected. It also denotes dissatisfaction in government and family dissensions.
To see a crowd in a church, denotes that a death will be likely to affect you, or some slight unpleasantness may develop.
To see a crowd in the street, indicates unusual briskness in trade and a general air of prosperity will surround you.
To try to be heard in a crowd, foretells that you will push your interests ahead of all others.
To see a crowd is usually good, if too many are not wearing black or dull costumes.
To dream of seeing a hypnotist trying to hypnotize others, and then turn his attention on you, and fail to do so, indicates that a trouble is hanging above you which friends will not succeed in warding off. Yourself alone can avert the impending danger.
Dreaming that you are in or part of a crowd means that you need to make some space for yourself. You need solitude to reflect on a situation at hand and recharge your energy. Consider also the familiar phrase of "going along with the crowd" which implies conformity and lack of individuality. Seeing an unruly crowd in your dream means that the worries and problems around you are pressing in on you. You will be be greatly distressed. Seeing a happy, orderly crowd in your dream means assured happiness, pleasant friends and opportunities for advancement.
Mystics have always traditionally considered the feminine aspect of
the universe as a chest, a house or a wall, as well as an enclosed garden. Another
symbolic association is that which equates the house (and the above, related
forms) with the repository of all wisdom, that is, tradition itself (4). In architectural symbolism, on the other hand, the house carries not only an overall symbolism but also particular associations attached to each of its component parts.
Nevertheless, the house as a home arouses strong, spontaneous associations with
the human body and human thought (or life, in other words), as has been confirmed empirically by psychoanalysts. Ania Teillard explains this by pointing
out that, in dreams, we employ the image of the house as a representation of the
different layers of the psyche. The outside of the house signifies the outward
appearance of Man: his personality or his mask. The various floors are related to
the vertical and spatial symbols. The roof and upper floor correspond to the head
and the mind, as well as to the conscious exercise of self-control. Similarly, the
basement corresponds to the unconscious and the instincts (just as sewers do, in
symbols pertaining to the city). The kitchen, since this is where foodstuff is
transformed, sometimes signifies the place or the moment of psychic transmutation in the alchemical sense. The intercommunicating rooms speak for themselves. The stairs are the link between the various planes of the psyche, but their
particular significance depends upon whether they are seen as ascending or descending. Finally, there is, as we have said, the association of the house with the
human body, especially regarding its openings, as was well understood by
Artemidorus Daldianus (56).
To see a house in your dream, represents your own soul and self. Specific rooms in the house indicate a specific aspect of your psyche. In general, the attic represents your intellect, the basement represents the unconscious, etc. If the house is empty, then it indicates feelings of insecurity. If the house is shifting, then it suggests that you are going through some personal changes and changing your belief system. To dream that a house has no walls, represents a lack of privacy. You feel that everyone is looking over your shoulder or up in your business.
To dream that you are cleaning your house, signifies your need to clear out your thoughts and get rid of old ways. You are seeking self-improvement.
If you live with others in your waking life, but dream that you are living alone, suggests that you need to take new steps toward independence. You need to accept responsibilities and be more self-reliant.
To see an old, run-down house in your dream, represents your old beliefs, attitudes and how you used to think or feel. A situation in your current life may be bringing about those same old attitudes and feelings. Alternatively, the old house may symbolize your need to update you mode of thinking. To dream that your house is damaged, indicates your waking concerns about the condition of your house.
To see a new house in your dream, indicates that you are entering into a new phase or new area in your life. You are becoming more emotionally mature. If you are locked out of the house, then it represents rejection and insecurity. You feel you are being left behind.
To dream that your house is broken into, suggests that you are feeling violated. It may refer to a particular relationship or current situation in your life. Alternatively, it indicates that some unconscious material is attempting to make itself known. There are some aspects of yourself that you have denied.
To dream of a haunted house, signifies unfinished emotional business, related to your childhood family, dead relatives, or repressed memories and feelings.
To dream that a house has disappeared, indicates that you are not feeling grounded. You feel uprooted by a particular circumstance or relationship in your life.
To dream that water is rising up in your house, suggests that you are becoming overwhelmed by your emotions.
To dream of building a house, you will make wise changes in your present affairs.
To dream that you own an elegant house, denotes that you will soon leave your home for a better, and fortune will be kind to you.
Old and dilapidated houses, denote failure in business or any effort, and declining health.

It is common to dream about houses. They usually symbolise our emotional and psychological selves. All of your experiences, stages of development, and parts of your conscious and unconscious life may be represented by that house. The house may be representing issues concerning a particular dilemma in your life, or it may be more general and comprehensive. Either way, if you pay attention to the details in this dream, you may learn a thing or two about yourself.
