I was at burning man, 7am the morning after I arrived. I had been watching movies for a few hours with Phong, Geoff, and a few Tibetans. Geoff realized that it was 7 o'clock, and they needed to get up and go to work.
I decided to just stay awake and go out exploring, so I got up and went to the ladies room to freshen up.
When I got to the mirror, I realized there was a huge hole in the outside of my nose- like a pore that had become humongous. I looked into it and discovered a little tail of something nestled deep, so I started to pull on it. As I tugged on it, I realized it lead to my ear and I was tugging on the tail end of my ear canal.
I quit it immediately and started trying to flex and adjust my face to allow my ear canal to go back where it was supposed to be. I felt it adjusting around my skull and moving in my cheeks. It was disturbing and strange. I walked out keeping the left side of my nose in shadow.
