Hungry Ghosts and Infinity's Kisses

1/27/2011

The Dalai lama was coming to visit a group of devotees. I was one of them but i was also a watcher in this dream. We were in a room that resembled a basement. Stark gray concrete walls with some purple textiles around the room. There was a bed. My dog was there. The Dalai Lama didn't come into the room nor did the people leave the room. There was an invisible barrier so they couldn't actually touch him. They were hovering around the entrance of the room. They couldn't move beyond that point. All but me and this other Sikh looking man, were flailing their arms and bodies with a fervent religious neediness. They reminded me of hungry ghosts. Needing so much energy. Giving nothing but taking from the boundless cup that is the mystery. I stood back from the 10 or so worshipers and consciously pulled my energy in as I began feeling/ experiencing what it was they were up to. I let my heart open and flooded the room with soft blue light. (No color showed but that would be the color of the energy if it did show) For the people, there was a feeling of scarcity. longing. lack. desperation. fervor. insanity. The Sikh man was standing with his head down, eyes closed, hands in his pockets with his foot touching the wall, as he was leaning against it. He is smiling softly. Peace radiates from him as he is enjoying the presence of the Dalai Lama and what he had been striving to obtain which was to someday be in the field of this special light being.

What I got from the Dalai Lama was a message about giving. In the dream there was a clear boundary which enabled the human part of him to NOT be sucked dry. I made no special connection with him in the dream. I wasn't needing anything from him, in fact, I was choosing to back off from the scene because all of these people were already swarming him like flies on dung. I knew that this being was a manifestation of the higher light and I wasn't searching for this. I already knew this. It was a given. Like air. I was content with watching and feeling the scenario unfold. At one point it was time to change the scene. The people poured out of the doorway, disappeared. What remained was a big cozy bed, my dog content and stretched out, and a distinct masculine presence although I didn't see who it was. Only felt him there in the bed. Content and peaceful.
