I was traveling through a different world, with a lot of pretty natural scenery, with jungles and beaches. I saw some giant, prehistoric looking birds with bright colored feathers. I thought that it would be dangerous to stay there for too long.
I walked into an old house where a group of people were living. The place seemed familiar to me, as I walked through the rooms. I picked up an old fashioned radio. The people said they would stay up late listening to shows on the radio, as that was their only entertainment.
There were mostly adults in the house, but there was one little boy who looked around 6-7. Someone warned me that the kid was insane, and they handed me his “psych evaluation”, which was a recorded conversation on a piece of paper. A doctor had asked the boy a series of questions, and he had given some nonsensical responses, which made him seem intelligent but insane.
The boy approached me, and showed me that he had some bruises on his body, and one terrible, bloody bruise on top of his head, which was mostly covered up by his hair. I put a hand on his head, thinking I could heal him.
He asked me why I didn't leave the house, and I said it was too dangerous outside.
