I am laying down on the floor, supported by this pillow.
I have r. carlos nakai playing beautifully in the back ground.
I focus on my breathing and try to simply relax in to the pillow and the floor.
Suddenly I feel a rush of energy and I feel as if I am spinning, in anti clockwise motion. The circular motion is slow, steady and covers about the area of my body, maybe a little more.
It continues as I start to notice it and pay attention to it.
Then it slows, then it picks up.
It was almost like stirring cake batter or something.
Repetitive, circular, slow motion.
Felt like I was spinning with the energy, although I was not moving at all.
Then I started to feel a new sensation.
This time coming from underneath me, the earth..I'm not sure exactly.
...This is like a pulsation. A steady pulsation at about the speed of my heart beat.
This lasts 5-10 seconds.
Then I start feeling the spinning again...
This time in a clockwise motion, this time it doesn't last as long,
but it's the same pace and feel as before..
just a different direction.
These feelings, sensations, motions, experiences are not scary.
They are interesting and the circular motion experience is slightly familiar ..
From a time when I was in bed, above my body and felt my self be thrown back into my body in a swift, abrupt fashion. I didnt' feel I was thrown into my body the way I was laying..was more like I was thrown in sideways.
