Well that was definitely silly. I remembered my previous dream right BEFORE I was going to sleep. I might as well write my success with remembering the four things for the day in preparation for MILD technique. I think today was easier. Too easy perhaps that I finished all four in the first quarter of the day. In a way, it is convenient for me, but I'm not sure whether it's helpful for my MILD practice. Also, I noticed I had the tendency to forget to RC, especially if I talk to a person. One example today was somebody calling out my name. I was super aware, waiting for my name to be called, which happens often at home. When I was called, I was like behind the caller (my sister), and I was going to do RC, but then we talked a bit. I had to do my RC around 1 minute after we were done talking (which took around 1 minute as well).
I need to do the exercise for one week. Which means five more days. It seems fun, although I'm not sure if I'm doing it completely right. I guess the results will tell.
Meanwhile, as per suggestion by Odin (another member here in Dreamcatcher), I will try to relax before sleeping. I guess due to recent events, I've just allowed myself to drift into sleep unconsciously with dozens of things on my mind, rather than relaxed and consciously. Some nights before, I think I did try the exercise to think that I'm dreaming, and then to think that I recognized it was just a dream. Unfortunately, I'm not sure which one was that, since I didn't note that detail down. I think that was the dream where I went to Silay on a bus.
Oh well. I'll try it tonight. Just noting it here so that at least I have a record of what works and what doesn't. I also would like the 61-point relaxation, but I can't memorize it yet. Maybe I should. Oh well. For now, I'll do progressive relaxation.
