Morning of April 14, 1985. Sunday.

I am wandering around in an unknown region in the semidarkness of early evening. None of the landmarks or any part of the landscape looks familiar. I look inside a few large grass huts and see various sizes of skulls made of ash. Mostly, they appear human-sized, as well as “shrunken-head-sized”. It is a very eerie and increasingly vivid perception. It certainly does not seem as if I am in America unless it is some sort of park display and I do not really think that is the case. I am not sure if the skulls were actually a part of living people or if it is some sort of magic that causes ashes to be formed into a skull shape. I do not see any other people. It seems to be getting later on towards evening. One larger skull appears almost paper-thin, so it does not seem to have been bone at any earlier point. There are a few clusters of taller, dense grass, but it does not seem to be a logical part of the region for some reason. My dream is not nightmarish in any way, just eerie. My lucidity varies over time.
