Night of March 20, 2014. Thursday.

It is nighttime, it seems, or possibly a couple of hours before dawn. A gentle, soothing rain (which seems to be a form of healing or rejuvenating energies) is falling. My family and I are in the backyard at our present home. My wife has a beautiful and radiant presence in the semidarkness. Our children mostly remain on the back stairs.

For some reason, the water is very high yet not considered as a flood somehow even though it certainly would be in reality. My wife is near the back porch and washing a thin layer of mud from a cow. She is chest high in the water and seems very happy and the cow’s head and part of the back is all that is out of the water. The dream is very vivid and accurate in all the orientation and sensations, other than the fact that the ground would have to have a larger hole of some kind to imply the depth of the water relative to the porch and steps. Not much else happens, but the dream has a very cheerful, peaceful mood.

I am almost lucid, but not quite. It is still quite vivid and positive and seems to last about fifteen minutes. I do not even question why we have a cow in our fairly small backyard in an urban area.

This dream is loosely based on a negative real-life event but which I was not a part of. My wife, when a child, had a pet cow with the same name as a grandmother of mine (mother’s side), but it had drowned. (Not postcognition, because she had told me in the past. This also connects a precise alteration on my wife’s maiden name with "Hathor" according to an old “prophecy”.) I think this dream may just be injecting new associations and positive energies into an older sorrowful event of my wife’s yet somehow for my benefit or just reminding me of the lifelong Hathor connection with my “mystery girl” on the actual physical plane (and also relates to Jennie Haniver in a subtle way).
