Perry, Tyler, me, and one other friend decided to go eat lunch in the woods somewhere in DC near the Potomac River. I sent a text to Christine Burt asking if her and her boyfriend wanted to join us. I sent the message around 1pm, and we left soon after that. I was heating some kind of food up at home, and forgot it there. Perry was driving, Tyler and I were sitting in the back seat, and our other friend was sitting in the front. I mentioned that I had forgotten the food that I was going to bring at home. Perry's phone rang and he answered it. Tyler and our other friend said that they also forgot to bring anything. Perry said (while still on the phone) that it was ok because he brought a bunch of phở. He handed me a weird bottle full of densely grouped thread-thin noodles and cubes of chicken floating in a green sauce that looked like it had a lot of olive oil in it. It definitely wasn't phở, but it looked really delicious. Perry told Mia (on the phone) that we were having a picnic and that she should come and join us. She said she had just woken up and needed time to get ready, so she'd just meet us later. We got to our destination around 2pm and parked, then as a group, decided that we should just go to a restaurant for lunch.
